I'm staying at this hotel while closing out the sale of my home. I have 2 kitties with me. The hotel is very good, and I appreciate that they change up the breakfast each day. The work-out room and pool are small, but it's been a great treat to enjoy them. The staff here are where this place really shines. Everyone has been super-nice and helpful. I'm glad that I am here.

I was really upset about my stay here and I will not be staying here again. When we arrived a little after 3, they said the NO ROOMS were available. We were in a rush due to the wedding starting at 3:30. We had to change our clothes in the damn lobby public bathroom. That is unacceptable. I did not arrive early, I came during check in times, so I was not happy at all! How are no rooms available!! Then when I went to take a shower there were MANY HAIRS left in the tub, definitely would have been noticeable if the tub was cleaned prior to us coming. Not cleaning the tub is also unacceptable, those hairs would not have been missed if they cleaned the tub. I will say the staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good. But I will not be returning. I paid $309.72 for one damn night. For that price and to have the problems that I had is completely unacceptable!!!

Unfortunately, we were not aware that the housekeeping service was available every other day by request only. The sign should have noted this...easy fix. We were very disappointed to have returned to dirty towels and trashcans overflowing. 😕

The worst Hotel in Springfield Do yourself a favor and don’t book here, the customer service is awful and if you do check your charges afterwards!! They are slick

Attended family reunion. The hotel was located across the highway from The Basketball Hall of Fame. Plus, we were blocks from the MGM Casino. What a plus for everyone. GREAT location. Great complimentary breakfast 😋

This place was beautiful, nice, clean, Cousy and the staff was very helpful. 13 trips this year and this place was a great experience allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay.

Charged $50 extra for a small dog when it was advertised as a $25 charge. Poor business to charge extra after checking in. If this is Hampton Inns policy, we may find another hotel chain with a better reputation of charges.
